These Terms of Service govern your use of the Third Baptist West Frankfort website and participation in our text messaging program. By using the website or enrolling in the messaging program, you agree to these terms.
Text Messaging Program
The Third Baptist West Frankfort Church Updates program provides recurring informational text messages from Third Baptist Church of West Frankfort, Illinois. Messages may include church announcements, prayer updates, service or event reminders, schedule changes, weather-related cancellations, and short devotional encouragements. The program does not send commercial offers.
How to Opt In
To enroll, text START to 618-933-8228. By sending START, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated informational text messages from Third Baptist West Frankfort at the mobile number you use to opt in. Consent is not a condition of making a purchase or donation, becoming a member, or participating in church activities.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s rates and terms govern charges associated with text messages.
Opt Out and Help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you enroll again by texting START.

Delivery and Carrier Terms
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability and is not guaranteed. Our text messages are not an emergency notification service. In an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local authorities.
You are responsible for providing a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use and for telling us if that number changes ownership. We may suspend or end the messaging program or your participation in it at any time.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information related to the messaging program is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Website Use
The website and its content are provided for general information about Third Baptist West Frankfort. You may use the website only for lawful purposes and may not interfere with its security, operation, or availability.
Unless otherwise noted, website text, graphics, branding, and other original content belong to Third Baptist or are used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute substantial portions of the website without permission, except as allowed by law.
